Gentle Hatha Yoga
Yoga is personal journey into your Self. The instructor utilizes the Breath (Pranayama) and Postures (Asanas) to facilitate the connection between your mind and your body. Yoga is very personal and very much an individual practice. Your challenge, if you decide to accept it, is to go deeper into yourself as you practice your Yoga. You are your own master and you determine how far your practice takes you. During the class correct postures and their modification will be presented to help guide you through your Yoga. The aim of the class is to foster the connection with your mind, body and spirit in a safe and comfortable environment.
Our class sizes are limited to 10 people. Classes Sunday mornings at 9am and Thursday evenings at 6pm.
